COP28 - Is it Enough?

Project for the Portuguese government consisted of the production of 4 films that integrated the communication and identity of the Portugal pavilion at #cop28.

Developed around a powerful concept that questions whether the many measures taken by our government are sufficient, the films showcase the work carried out in recent years in the fight against climate change and the long journey we still have ahead of us.

At COP’28, there are hundreds of countries promoting their work in the areas of climate, energy, and sustainability. All will claim to be the best, the first, the most committed. How can Portugal speak differently and openly? By posing a question.

IS IT ENOUGH?

A question to which, to be honest, we already know the answer.

No!, not even close.
